  Place the unopened tea products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
